I have been taking my vehicles to Silverlake for over 6 years. I have never had and issue. Fair, friendly, and trustworthy service and repair.

Competent and fast as usual. Appreciate the To Do list as well.

Excellent service from my first call till the job was done. And, the job was done in a timely manner. Definitely glad to have found such a GREAT automotive repair business as Silver Lake Automotive. Color me, 'A satisfied customer.'

Tire went flat (nail) and they said to replace the same tire would be $250 mounted and balanced. The same tire I could find online was between $100-$119. All I was told was what they couldn't do for me, couldn't help offset any cost or mount and balance for free or a discount. I'm just at a loss at why there is such a mark up. Went to Discount Tire in Hayden and they quoted $650 for a whole new set of 4 of the same tire so why just under half the price for one?? Edit- Fred contacted me and expressed that I was misquoted. He offered reconciliation in the form of a correct quote and free mount and balance but I already had the work done. We had been loyal customers for some time and it is unfortunate that only after a negative review could we get any help extended to us.

I used to love this place and the service I got but my recent experience leaves something to be desired. I was told that my appointment would last 60-90 minutes long and that when it was done, I would be called. Just under two hours later I called to see what the hold up was since I needed to pick up my son and they informed me it had been done for a while. Upon getting in my vehicle, I notice my window was rolled down. No one informed me that this would happen and I couldn't get it back up (it was off the track previously). They "fixed" it but before I left the parking lot, it fell back down. They insist rolling it down was policy but I know rolling it back up is too. Clearly, they hoped I wouldn't notice. We are not coming back if we ever have the choice to. The dishonesty there was ridiculous.

We stopped here due to car trouble, they were super busy but still found time to help us.The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys ROCK! Always willing to help when I have an issue with my vehicle.
