There is technical expertise, that gets your car fixed; and business expertise, that schedules, trains and equips the staff; and customer expertise, that listens, schedules, accommodates; and --- well, you can see that without the whole package, you may get your car fixed, or you may get a free cup of coffee, or you may get a free pen, but I don't need any one of those things, I need them all. I need to understand what's wrong with the car, I need prompt service, and someone conscientious of costs and time. Silverlake Tire and Auto has worked on my cars now for 6 years and thanks to them I don't need their services too much. What I enjoy more then personal satisfaction knowing that my automobile will be well taken care of is knowing that they care about taking care of me as a customer and my car. The personal service / friendship that you quickly receive at Silverlake is like know other. They don't treat you like a one stop charlie but strive to gain your TRUST as we all know in this field there are a lot of scammers out there. I'm now the proud owner of a 1975 Ford Bronco and Will and his team are the only ones who will ever work on this classic just due to the TRUST and friendship that they have built with me.
