Just had my GMC Yukon serviced near the end of August. As always, the quality of the work is excellent. In addition, the staff that greet you when you check in your vehicle are always welcoming and friendly. Of course, I have known Julia for years and love her. She makes you feel like family. My car developed a major oil leak out of nowhere so I called Silverlake to get it taken care of. They were able to get me in in a reasonable amount of time, considering the work required and even took care of a couple other small things they found that needed work, without charging. All around a good experience!
