They have a very nice waiting area and someone will provide up to date information on your vehicle. My time of wait was reasonable for the necessary service I had requested and the price for the repair was more than reasonable. Although my only contact was with the front office staff, Fred and Julia, both were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
