I used to love this place and the service I got but my recent experience leaves something to be desired. I was told that my appointment would last 60-90 minutes long and that when it was done, I would be called. Just under two hours later I called to see what the hold up was since I needed to pick up my son and they informed me it had been done for a while. Upon getting in my vehicle, I notice my window was rolled down. No one informed me that this would happen and I couldn't get it back up (it was off the track previously). They "fixed" it but before I left the parking lot, it fell back down. They insist rolling it down was policy but I know rolling it back up is too. Clearly, they hoped I wouldn't notice. We are not coming back if we ever have the choice to. The dishonesty there was ridiculous.
