We still can't believe what excellent service we always receive at Silverlake Auto and we are very particular consumers! Fred, Harry, and "the gang" are so fair with the repairs and what we need to have done on any of our 3 current vehicles, not including one that is out of state, and one that bit the dust which they also repaired for us at different times. They are the very best at what they do!!

Silverlake Automotive is the best and only mechanic I will go to in the area. They are always very honest and never try to get me to do work my car doesn't need. They are efficient yet keep the price down. During my last oil change they rotated my tires for free just because they realized I needed it. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly service they helped me get financed to fix my car and was done when they said. Then my car was having issues that were not there before , I brought it in and they admitted fault put me in a rental and fixed it on them. People are human and make mistakes but the owning up and fixing it without a problem was amazing. They are a tad higher in price but honestly totally worth it.

Great service. Repair shop recommended by AAA as I had broken down on 395 in Washington on my way to Coeur d' Alene (scout camp). Car towed to garage on a Saturday, they were notified by AAA. Car trouble investigate on Monday, radiator and hoses need replacement. Repairs were completed on Tuesday and final testing (to ensure no head gasket problems due to overheating) on Wednesday. Repairs were good to go. Service was excellent an very pleasant experience in communicating to the shop. Would definitely recommend.

The part was not there when I arrived for my appointment. Fred Quoted one price, promised one day turn around. Fred raised the price 20 dollars because he forgot to include little plastic pieces that broke when taken apart. I had to wait an extra day to get my truck.
