SilverLake is quite simply the best automotive repair shop in the region. I always know I will be treated with honesty, integrity, kindness, and respect. And that's really important to me. They understand customer service matters. Further, I've never doubted they know what they're doing when it comes to cars. They are careful diagnosticians, and will share with their customer what is going on with their vehicle. They want you to be safe and, they are committed to doing quality work. It really matters to them. There's a reason so many people are devoted customers. I won't go anywhere else. I've lived in big city and small towns, and Silverlake is by far and away the best auto shop I've ever been to.

I had an appointment with Silverlake and their schedule got screwed up where I had to wait quite a bit longer than expected. Time is money for all of us and Fred made it up to me by doing the work for FREE! I challenge you to name another auto shop that would do that, I double dare you! Steve

As always, Silverlake does an incredible job at servicing my vehicle in a timely manner, while keeping me in the loop with frequent communication. The staff is always friendly and the shuttle they provide is essential for me getting to and from work while my car is in the shop. I highly recommend using Silverlake as your go to auto shop!

Very friendly group - Fred, the manager, was extremely friendly and professional. Happy so far with the oil change and will return again in the future.
