I have been taking my cars to Silverlake Automotive since November 2017. The service and treatment I've received during each visit has been nothing short of top drawer in every way.

I was traveling through Coeur d Alene Idaho on a business trip through crazy storms and bad weather. Stressed already, my car started making noises that I knew was not good. I landed at my hotel where the Front Desk referred me to SilverLake Automotive/Fred. I called and they said bring it right in- knowing I was traveling and didn't have much time- they looked at my car that day. By the end of my business day I had a diagnosis and options. The ride from my hotel to my car the next day was service beyond expectations! Fred and Eric were kind, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I will not only use them if needed when I'm in the area, but I will refer them! Thank you so much Fred and Eric!

I have been maintaining my car here since 2009. There is a reason that they have grown as much as they have. The front desk folks are awesome and have never failed to be helpful. The mechanics have always done exactly what was needed and no more. And they've always giving me options as far as what had to be done versus what I could choose to do now or later.
