Halloween night my truck broke down getting onto the freeway. I had my truck towed to a different automotive place. I found out quickly that I was being taken advantage of because the quote they gave me was double the amount of any other shop in town and that's when I called Silverlake Automotive. I spoke with Fred and he made time to have my truck thoroughly looked over that day. From the instant I stepped into their shop to the moment I left, their customer service was top notch! I work in the customer service industry and I can tell you that this shop truly has the customer's concerns at heart and don't need to charge for unnecessary parts because they will gain the loyalty of the customer. I highly recommend this automotive shop to everyone!!! I will be returning for any future needs as well as telling all of my friends and family. As usual Silverlake took great care of me AND my wagon. My twice replaced wiper blades are fantastic- third option is a perfect fit on my weird windshield. They never give up!! I ALWAYS recommend Silverlake to anyone who asks, especially if you have a foreign auto. I am a picky car owner and they seem to be even more picky than me- KUDOS.

SilverLake is quite simply the best automotive repair shop in the region. I always know I will be treated with honesty, integrity, kindness, and respect. And that's really important to me. They understand customer service matters. Further, I've never doubted they know what they're doing when it comes to cars. They are careful diagnosticians, and will share with their customer what is going on with their vehicle. They want you to be safe and, they are committed to doing quality work. It really matters to them. There's a reason so many people are devoted customers. I won't go anywhere else. I've lived in big city and small towns, and Silverlake is by far and away the best auto shop I've ever been to.

I had an appointment with Silverlake and their schedule got screwed up where I had to wait quite a bit longer than expected. Time is money for all of us and Fred made it up to me by doing the work for FREE! I challenge you to name another auto shop that would do that, I double dare you! Steve

Very friendly group - Fred, the manager, was extremely friendly and professional. Happy so far with the oil change and will return again in the future.
