I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and warmth I receive each time I drop my vehicle at Silverlake Auto. The minute I arrived, I was greeted by first name by two employees. While my car was done being serviced, I received a text message (a new feature!) with a link to review my cars 'health report'. It was great to be able to review any areas of concern and their recommendations for future service. Finally, when I checked out, the crew was fun to talk too and their pricing is very reasonable.
