They were very knowledgeable and took care of me. They will be my garage going forward and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

These guys are amazing. When I had problems with my rear differential, they were able to get me in, diagnose the problem, and have it fixed by the time I had to leave town that afternoon. The staff is very professional and so helpful, and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like most places try to. This place is an honest shop for honest people.

I had a flat tire that needed some air and silver lake auto was the nearest shop so I called and spoke to Julia. She said they could take care of it right away and when I got there, I was in and out within 3 minutes. She was so kind and helpful!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Customer service is off the charts! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! The office manager Julia is responsible for at least 4 extra stars. I’ve had issues at other shops where they tell me what’s wrong with my car in terms that I struggle to understand, so I just pay and leave without truly knowing what was done or how to prevent further issues. At this shop I was talked to in a way that made me 100% confident I knew what was wrong with my car and what options I had to fix it. I was able to make an informed decision and now she’s good as new! For any further issues or just routine maintenance I’ll definitely be going back to Silverlake Automotive!

Being a female taking your car in can be a scary experience, especially in a world mainly run by men. Silverlake Automotive has helped me with countless things on my car, from oil changes to tires they're my go to. They send a vehicle inspection report so you can visually see everything that may need work, and they definitely don't keep you in the dark or try to trick you into extra services you don't need. I have been using Silverlake for all of my vehicles needs for over a year now and I will definitely continue to do so. Staff is awesome, always friendly, no bs, and willing to help. Took my car in because I had a massive coolant leak, turned out to be the water pump. They replaced it same day and gave me some vouches for next time I take my car in to the shop. Highly recommend for quality of work, a little more expensive than some places but quality is better than saving a few dollars.

My husband brought his truck in for a tune up and was very pleased with the work and the professional manner he was treated with. I have since brought in my Subaru for transmission work and have been pleased with the service and the fact that they didn't treat me like I was just an ignorant woman with no mechanical knowledge, unlike another repair shop that will go unnamed.
