Ryan is conscientious about both safety and a fair price - which I really appreciated when my car’s breaks went out and I needed a diagnosis. His team fixed my breaks and discovered the underlying causes of the breakdown. He provided me with a list of needs to drive it safely again, and was flexible when I determined that it was in my best interest to fix the breaks and sell my vehicle. Thank you Ryan and team!

Holy cow. Amazing experience and service. I took my 1989 Jeep Wrangler “Leeroy” in for an overall inspection and oil change today and within a couple hours I had a text from the shop with a link to see a FULL DIGITALIZED REPORT of the inspection with information about every checkpoint, pictures, recommendations, and reasons. It was really impressive and I’ve never gotten anything like that from an auto shop before. Ryan was our Service Advisor and he took extraordinary care of us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for someone to care for their car!

These guys are amazing. When I had problems with my rear differential, they were able to get me in, diagnose the problem, and have it fixed by the time I had to leave town that afternoon. The staff is very professional and so helpful, and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like most places try to. This place is an honest shop for honest people.

I had a flat tire that needed some air and silver lake auto was the nearest shop so I called and spoke to Julia. She said they could take care of it right away and when I got there, I was in and out within 3 minutes. She was so kind and helpful!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Customer service is off the charts! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! The office manager Julia is responsible for at least 4 extra stars. I’ve had issues at other shops where they tell me what’s wrong with my car in terms that I struggle to understand, so I just pay and leave without truly knowing what was done or how to prevent further issues. At this shop I was talked to in a way that made me 100% confident I knew what was wrong with my car and what options I had to fix it. I was able to make an informed decision and now she’s good as new! For any further issues or just routine maintenance I’ll definitely be going back to Silverlake Automotive!
