I have been waiting for 3 years to be able to use the services of Silverlake due to my Volvo's warranty. I can tell you that after my appointment Friday I was not disappointed. From the moment I arrived I was treated in a friendly and professional manner by both of the staff in the office. The report of the service check was detailed and was to the point on what needed to be done in the near future. I can honestly say that I have never been treated this good by a garage. I am suggesting to my son to try the shop in Post Falls. You have gained a loyal customer!

Nice folks. After a check up they send you a website that shows each issue with your car including pictures they took of issue. That was super useful to me. They also followed up after the fixes to make sure everything was good.

Ryan provided excellent service when it came to getting my car's oil changed. It was done efficiently and thoroughly. My car was ready to be picked up sooner than expected. It was also a nice environment to sit and wait in.
