I have a 1990 Toyota SR-5 pickup that I have owned for 30 years, it has 195K miles on it but is in good condition, now that Silverlake repaired several oil leaks, including rear main seal, valve covers and rear pinion seal. A CV axle replacement and a idler arm replacement. The technician ( Sam ) did a great job and got it done in short order !!! Julia and Ryan were very helpful as well in keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is that I feel they may have over marked up the part prices for my repairs?? I did a comparison between Silverlake and Napa auto parts for part pricing and it seems that Silver lake was about 53% higher on average. I'm not saying that they are incorrect because I know all shops mark up to some extent their part prices. Maybe this mark up is common in the auto repair industry? Just my opinion. Anyway, all in all a good experience so far.
