Charged for an inspection I already knew needed to be done but wanted a quote to see how much it would cost to have them do vs me. Wasn’t expecting this charge otherwise I wouldn’t have inquired.

I’m blown away by the service I received at Silverlake. They made room for me when my car broke down on a road trip through Idaho and every other auto shop was booked up. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my Subaru was diagnosed properly and that I was taken care of, to the point of calling back to check on me the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would go out of my way to come back here again - hands down best service from any auto shop I’ve ever been to.
