Silver lake auto was great they got me in on time. Did a great job repairing our A/C, told me up front how much it was going to cost and were spot on, great jobs thank you.

We have been coming to Silverlake Auto for quite some time now over the years, and we have been so pleased on the service that you perform, and you do CARE about each of your clients, and it shows, yesterday when I was in I so appreciate the office staff, they went and got me a def. coffee from Dutch Bros. and it was so so good, you guys just went beyond the call of duty on this one. I’m so happy that I’ve found an honest reliable mechanic shop. After some previous trouble with a different mechanic shop, silver lake automotive instantly fixed my alignment problem and my fuel problem on my car. They’re honest & reliable mechanics. That says a 1000 words. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs their car fixed.

through no fault of their own it took longer for the repair of my car. It turned out that the repair part received was defective. They always kept us informed of their progress. Great Job!!!

The best ever....

Good Shop, good people and the mechanic does good work. Very expensive parts and above average on prices, But they helped me in a bind and I appreciate it.

To start off the guy at the front desk said he would call me by 11:00 and I still hadn’t heard anything by 2:00. I finally called to see what work needed to be done. He told me there was a leak in one of my rear brakes and that my total was 1,100 to get it fixed. When I asked why it was so much he said that because my brake resovoir cap was missing the mass cylinder needed to be replaced. He said he was unable to find a cap anywhere for my make and model. I decided to hold off and see if I could find a cap on my own. I found one at spaldings for $15. I don’t know if this guy legitimately didn’t know what he was talking about or was trying to swindle me. Either way, I will not be returning to silver lake automotive.
