Silverlake Automotive has helped me with countless things on my car, from oil changes to tires they're my go to. They send a vehicle inspection report so you can visually see everything that may need work, and they definitely don't keep you in the dark or try to trick you into extra services you don't need. I have been using Silverlake for all of my vehicles needs for over a year now and I will definitely continue to do so. Staff is awesome, always friendly, no bs, and willing to help. Took my car in because I had a massive coolant leak, turned out to be the water pump. They replaced it same day and gave me some vouches for next time I take my car in to the shop. Highly recommend for quality of work, a little more expensive than some places but quality is better than saving a few dollars.

My husband brought his truck in for a tune up and was very pleased with the work and the professional manner he was treated with. I have since brought in my Subaru for transmission work and have been pleased with the service and the fact that they didn't treat me like I was just an ignorant woman with no mechanical knowledge, unlike another repair shop that will go unnamed.

I have been taking my truck to Silverlake Automotive Service Center since I have moved to Idaho. I have never been disappointed with their service, starting from the moment I enter their office, to the time I picked up my truck after service. I also like that all of the repairs done to your vehicle are documented, and available for you along with suggestions for future repairs. I am writing this review today to express my gratitude to the office manager, Julia, for her immediate attention to a fuel system problem in my truck, had the necessary repairs done, and my truck ready the very next day.
