I would recommend Silverlake auto, they have been there for us for 11years, great service, friendly, there like family, good group of people

I was passing through Coeur d'Alene, ID when I noticed my car's "check engine" light was on (and flashing during quick acceleration). After carefully looking over car repair shop reviews I chose Silverlake Automotive to help me in this unpleasant situation. I can honestly say, the people who work at this company did everything they could to make this a smooth and painless process for me. My car was unfit to drive for the night and not only did Silverlake Automotive help me find an affordable hotel, they personally drove me to and picked me up from my hotel stay (as I am under 25 and not eligible to rent a car- at normal cost). They were lighthearted and truthful about my car and kept me positive during this stressful time. I am extremely grateful for Silverlake Auto. If I ever happen to need car repairs near Coeur d'Alene again there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to Silverlake Auto.

I would highly recommend Silverlake auto.They have always been honest about what repairs were needed and have never tried to do repairs that weren't needed.After hitting some debris on the interstate late one night and damaging the suspension on my car I took it to the local dealer.They told me,after waiting for two hours,that I had damage that was going to cost over $3,000 dollars.Knowing a lot about cars and having done a lot of repairs myself,I knew they were being dishonest.I decided to go to Silveriake and they diagnosised the problem promptly and made the repair for less than $2000 dollars and the fix was not what the dealer said.The Silverlake people are great and HONEST!
