they got my car serviced while I waited in their pleasant waiting area. Cold beverages and water and coffee is available as well as a very clean restroom.

Good shop to go to. Not the cheapest in town, but quick and very helpful staff. Recently had a car die on me, had triple A tow me here. They looked at it, told me what was wrong (engine was toast) and it was $50 to have then inspect it. They do provide cold drinks to customers free, and even gave me a ride home since that was my only car. If the location is convenient I'd recommend it.

Honest, trustworthy, friendly, and fair. They always do a great job. These guys are out to win your business for life, not just make a quick buck. The one and only time they made a mistake - small oil leak from a seal - they caught it and owned up to it immediately and fixed it for free AND gave me a discount on my next visit. They could have said the seal was old and needed to be replaced and charged me for it and I never would have known any better, but they were honest about it. I really appreciate that. I never leave feeling like I've been ripped off, it's always a good experience. So happy to have found them.

Always a good experience. It took me a long time to find a good mechanic that I feel I can trust and treats me fairly. I would not choose to take my car anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

We were driving through from Oregon when called the Post Falls location in the morning for a emergency water pump repair on our truck. We were immediately taken care of by Nicci, their service advisor. She made sure to have the part there and ready to take our truck in to be fixed. They knew we were hauling a fifth wheel and called us back to arrange a spot to unhook it while our truck was being repaired. They completed the service in a timely manner and got us back on the road the same day. Thank you silverlake automotive for taking good care of us!

I was passing through Coeur d'Alene, ID when I noticed my car's "check engine" light was on (and flashing during quick acceleration). After carefully looking over car repair shop reviews I chose Silverlake Automotive to help me in this unpleasant situation. I can honestly say, the people who work at this company did everything they could to make this a smooth and painless process for me. My car was unfit to drive for the night and not only did Silverlake Automotive help me find an affordable hotel, they personally drove me to and picked me up from my hotel stay (as I am under 25 and not eligible to rent a car- at normal cost). They were lighthearted and truthful about my car and kept me positive during this stressful time. I am extremely grateful for Silverlake Auto. If I ever happen to need car repairs near Coeur d'Alene again there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to Silverlake Auto.
