They diagnosed my AC problem, gave me a fair price before working on my car, and they were not high pressure. They were great! They set my expectations for time and it was actually done early. I would recommend them to anyone.

Silverlake Automotive is great! My car wouldn't start so I had it towed there. They called me in a timely manner and told me what the problems were and also made me aware of some other things that needed to be fixed as well. Carissa is very friendly and very knowledgeable and kept me informed on everything from start to finish! It is a family owned business and for me that is a plus! I would absolutely recommend them! You can trust them. The best of the best for mechanical evaluations and repair. Kurt Johnson is a complete auto technician magician aka genius. Nothing gets by him and he works fast. And the shop even breaks down what is urgent vs what can wait a bit. The front desk Jordan is knowledgeable about make and model idiosyncrasies, even trivia. I drive 30 miles for their service. Glad they are near a planet fitness to work out while i wait. PS if you do a presale evaluation there you won't buy the wrong new car!

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for everyone at silverlake automotive! I was in town visiting family, and after a 10 hour drive, something definitely wasn’t right with my car. They got my car in super fast, figured out what needed to be done, and fixed it for me so I could safely make the long trip home. It was extremely affordable, and a just great experience overall.
