Julia was always very friendly, and was most helpful in trying to resolve a problem I was having with my Chevy traverse. It took several trips to figure out the problem. It was one of those problems where it only happened once in a while, but with their persistence they figured out what the problem was. The team was awesome! They got us in immediately and diagnosed the problem within a few hours. We were struggling financially and Sydney kindly offered a $100 off voucher to help us out. The 4 year 48,000 mile warranty on all their repairs also gives piece of mind.

I must say this was the BEST auto mechanic experience ever! I never give 5 stars. Julia’s comprehensive explanation in lamen terms was quite impressive; along w/ her exceptional customer service care. Eli (mechanic) matched w/ his skilled work on my “Lexi” ( Lexus IS250). They have a customer for the duration of my time here in CDA, IDAHO. While a family member expressed the service I rec’d was “pricey”, I say it was worth every penny. KUDOS to the entire staff at Silverlake Automotive; keep up the great work.
