Fred and his crew are the absolute BEST auto repair shop that I have EVER been to in my almost 40 years of driving. They are conscientious, fastidious and quick. Some of the nicest people around!

Tire went flat (nail) and they said to replace the same tire would be $250 mounted and balanced. The same tire I could find online was between $100-$119. All I was told was what they couldn't do for me, couldn't help offset any cost or mount and balance for free or a discount. I'm just at a loss at why there is such a mark up. Went to Discount Tire in Hayden and they quoted $650 for a whole new set of 4 of the same tire so why just under half the price for one?? Edit- Fred contacted me and expressed that I was misquoted. He offered reconciliation in the form of a correct quote and free mount and balance but I already had the work done. We had been loyal customers for some time and it is unfortunate that only after a negative review could we get any help extended to us.
