I picked up my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. I had a broken steering box--it broke in two when they were driving it into the service Bay. (had to use a 'dolly' to move it the last few feet. Fred Meyer was very thorough in his description of the problem and the solution. My 21 year old Jeep drives like NEW now. I highly recommend Silver Lake Automotive. Time to plan another ROAD TRIP. (Last April I drove over 11k miles around America.) Maybe Alaska this Summer. Thanks Fred and Crew. I will be back for all of my vehicle needs. A very satisfied customer--Carmon.

Great Experience! We called in the morning and they were able to get our vehicle in that day. They provided us with a worse case scenario price so that there would be no surprises. The price was fair and the service was very professional. We will definitely be back.

Not sure what happened.. If the mechanic was friends with the guys selling his car or what, but we took a car we were wanting to buy to them. We weren't local so went by reviews that were positive here. Mechanic told us he'd buy the car if we didn't. Small oil leak but guaranteed to be a 300$ fix. Nothing else wrong. A month later a trusted mechanic said there were multiple valve cover gaskets leaking and needing replaced, ball joints and lower control arm were gone, wiring problems, and 1000s of $$ in needed repairs. Either it was a dishonest issue or a poor skilled mechanic issue, either way bad experience.

Silver Lake Automotive was amazing. We were traveling and got stranded without tail lights, blinkers or headlights. They were recomended to us by the Best Western. They were extremely professional, friendly, honest pricing and got the job done quickly so we could get back on the road. They are part of Napa Service Center with a national guarantee. I LOVE Silverlake Automotive. I'm a single mom, don't know anything about automobiles, and they always treat me very well.

I highly value the honesty and integrity that Silverlake Auto operates with. They have never taken advantage of us. I had some transmission line issues; they offered every time I went in for an oil change there to fix it, but I kept pushing it off for budgeting reasons -- they never got offended or pushy about me getting it done, but instead let me know I would be ok to go a little longer without fixing it. Other mechanics I've been to paint this horrific picture about my car exploding on the highway if I don't complete maintenance (x) IMMEDIATELY! Not at Silverlake. They understand and work with you. We will continue to go there for standard maintenance and repairs. I recommend them to all my friends/family. Thanks!

Fred and Stephen came through on a charity I was working on for a down and out disabled vet. Donated labor and a local Napa donated the parts to get his car on the road! It wasn't a simple job either being an Audi! Thank you so much guys.
