Over the last two years I have been to many mechanics/service providers in the Coeur d'Alene area, including dealerships. This was by far the best experience I've had to date. Professional and genuine customer service, honest and helpful recommendations, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Very professional shop, great knowledgeable friendly staff. I have taken all my vehicles there for service and repairs and it is always done right. 2001 4 Runner, 1990 corvette, 2004 F250 and 2019 4Runner. They provide a detail evaluation of your vehicle along with photos/videos so there is transparency. No other shop I have been to provides this level of service. This is a shop you can trust.

Whatever issue surfaces, the SA team rises to the occasion to repair it and keeps it motoring on down the road. Took my 2014 gmc denali 6.6 into Silver Lake Automotive, as the "service 4 wheel drive" alret came on the dash. After this, i was unabble to swirch out 2.wheel drive. I contacred Jordan at the front desk and was able to get the truck looked over first thing Tuesday morning. After a couple of hours, i receieved a call that the truck was good to go. All the mechanics were solid and had to use a computer to flash the tcm module, and i was back to buisness in the heavy snow. I am greatful for the team"s knowledge, effecienty, and positive attidue!
