Silverlake Automotive always provides excellent customer service and quality of work. They complete the tasks in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing updates on the progress. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere has always been welcoming and satisfying. They have gone above and beyond for the entire time that I have been taking vehicles over to them, even going as far as to fit me into their schedule at the last minute. One of, if not the best repair facilities I have had the opportunity to work with.

I came in for my planned tune-up. While everything was open, the techs had a good look around and found what could have been a disastrous sign. Repairs could be done with a little more time and a new total. Ryan explained with clear detail to make it an easy choice to complete it at this time, saving me in the long-term.
