Very nice people. Silverlake has been caring for my 27 year old Honda for the past 3 years and runs perfectly. I know I can depend on them to do a good job. They keep a very nice and comfortable waiting area with comfy chairs and beverages. I wasn't able to wait for my maintenance so they drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. I really appreciate this service. I wouldn't dream of taking my car to any other place when it needs work.

Really nice facility and nice service. However I was disapointed that they were unnable to do a same day replacement of tires since they have no tires on hand and that was what I had made my appointment for
