Personnel very pleasant and helpful. Had a quote for tires and after all was said and done, it was less than the quote. What is not to like about that? We are pleased with the shop and will return when necessary maintenance is needed.

Silverlake is amazing!! The people are friendly and good at communicating what’s going on with your vehicle. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed to on additional services that my vehicle wasn’t due for or doesn’t need, which was huge to me. I’ve always been a do-it-yourself type of person, but Silverlake definitely proved to me that I can trust them with my vehicles for jobs that I can’t do myself.

I was having problems with my electrical system on my car. They fit me into a busy schedule and have my car fixed the next day. And an oil change to boot! Excellent service, timely, and accurate time prediction. Also, found a problem I was totally unaware of, and had enough time to fix problem immediately, without my having to leave and come back later. Excellent and thorough.

Ryan at Silverlake was very attentive and listened to what I thought may be wrong with my car. He repeated back to me my concerns and followed up with questions. I was ultimately sent a list of possible problems as well as urgent issues with my 16 year old car. Silverlake Automotive always provides excellent customer service and quality of work. They complete the tasks in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing updates on the progress. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere has always been welcoming and satisfying. They have gone above and beyond for the entire time that I have been taking vehicles over to them, even going as far as to fit me into their schedule at the last minute. One of, if not the best repair facilities I have had the opportunity to work with.
