Being a woman and taking your car to an auto shop...you are always worried about being taken advantage of...Well not here. They have excellent customer service....and don't ignore you when you wait for your car to looked at or worked on. They explain everything to you and they even showed me what was happening with my car. I absolutely trust the employees there to be fair and honest. My car was worked on by Ryan who explained and shoes me what he was doing with my car. Fred, Eric and Julia were stuck with me hanging out in the office and did not ignore me...they have excellent customer service and are all very nice. I completely recommend Silverlake Automotive of Couerd'Alene with confidence...they are honest...trustworty, professional and friendly.

Being new to the area and a woman l am not very trusting when l go to a place such as a automotive center. I know very little about cars and feel very vulnerable to being taking advantage of. The gift l do have is ready people well and l felt from the moment l met Eric that he was genuine and had pride in the reputation of where he is employed. I was unaware that he was the manager as he did not put himself above anyone else rather he spoke confidently of the staff and that they would do the best they could to satisfy a customer and that speaks volumes. I was given options but in no way felt pushed into what l should do but rather what was recommended to keep my vehicle running well. Eric and his staff have customer service written all over their faces from their smiles and welcoming nature to their courteous manner. I will definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car service.
