Honest and upfront folks, my go-to for car repairs. I have yet to feel swindled! So either they're really good, or they're just good decent mechanics!

I don't know anything when it comes to cars so it is important to me to have mechanics who are not only good at what they do but also honest in how they do it. I have been with Silverlake Automotive for about a year. They have serviced both of my cars on several occasions and I have been very please with their work and their honest, no pressure approach.

Great professional service. They are great at going out of their way to make sure you get great service at a good price. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years and am happy to do business for another 15 years.

This was my first time visiting Silverlake Automotive for an oil change. I had received a coupon for an oil change and thought I'd try them. When it was realized that my vehicle required full synthetic oil, which was more expensive, they first checked with me to make sure that was okay instead of doing the work first and surprising me with a higher bill than expected later. The waiting room was nice, and although I didn't need it, they had complementary coffee, tea, water and sodas available. There was a steady stream of customer coming in and out. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly and patient with each one. I was really impressed and while they apologized numerous times for the wait (about 1hr from arrival to exit), I actually was reassured that so many trust them to service their vehicles. When my oil change was finished, they went over the results and even warned me of upcoming general maintenance that I'll want to be aware of even though that maintenance is about 25k miles in the future. They definitely seemed to put their customers first. I'll come back definitely.

These guys were amazing! We were 1500 miles from home in a European car that suddenly wouldn't start. Not only were the accommodating but they made arrangements for the rental car, towing and were incredibly up front with the repair cost and got it done in one day. You can't do any better than that.
