Coeur d'Alene Auto Repair

In late November I broke down in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, while traveling home to Tumwater, Washington. After receiving recommendations from my hotel and a local restaurant , I called Silver Lake Automotive in hopes of getting back on the road fast. I was greeted by Julia, who was extremely helpful in getting me right in. The great mechanic got me out in one day! Here's the really important part...They fixed my problem, but however, there were some further issues. When I got home, my mechanic finished up and contacted Silver Lake. Silver Lake Automotive went out of their way to help with these fixes. Their customer service surpasses any I have seen! I highly recommend them. They are extremely professional from the front desk to the tool boxes. They even took me to town so I would have something to do during repairs. Just can't say enough! Thank you!

Great service, friendly and affordable!!! I was referred by a work colleague who said Silverlake Automotive was very friendly and affordable. She was right! My car was serviced while I was at work, they even gave me a ride to work! I got an update via text with a link to view my 50 point inspection. I loved that!
