I have used silverlake auto for the past several years. Although they are not the cheapest (mostly keeping with industry standard pricing for the area) they are one of the most honest and trustworthy shops in town. Having a 14 year old vehicle they still give me the pros and cons of each recommended item for repair on my vehicle and don't pressure me into choosing the most expensive option. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience at Silverlake. I had previously taken my vehicle to a certified dealer, and after 7 days the dealership still had not diagnosed the problem. Silverlake got me an appointment in a timely manner, diagnosed and corrected the issue that day and returned my vehicle promptly. They also provided a diagnosis of other items on my truck that need service soon. I will definitely return.

I've had two vehicles serviced at Silverlake-Hanley. In both cases, I was kept TOTALLY in the loop as the service progressed to completion. I was given Courtesy Car rides after dropping off the vehicles and at completion, to pick them up. This shop has the best operations model I've seen.

I had my pickup towed 40 miles to get to Silverlake Auto. Right past several other shops. That’s how good Silverlake Auto on Hanley in CDA is. Was totally worth it. Great job guys.
