I am determined to get my 2009 Ford F150 Lariat truck into becoming a future classic, and Silverlake Automotive Repair Center, in Couer d’Alene, is going to make that happen. Had a minor problem with my air conditioning unit, and received excellent service, and got it repaired at a reasonable price. Stop in and meet the Office Manager, Julia, and her great staff. Oh, and get that car fixed!

Wonderful service as always. Silverlake Auto has extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. The service to my car was performed efficiently and expertly even though we were experiencing record breaking temperatures. The electronic Vehicle Condition Report is fantastic and very thorough. It describes/shows everything that I should be concerned with repairing on my vehicle before it becomes a problem without feeling the pressure to do it right away. If it was possible I would give Silverlake Auto a higher score. I cannot express how truly happy I am with the service I received. I will definitely be back in for future repairs/maintenance.

Our car was starting to overheat. so called Silverlake Automotive as soon as I got home. I wad told to bring it in first thing in the morning and they would squeeze it in. They not only squeezed it in they got the parts and repaired our only car by closing time that day.
