I must say this was the BEST auto mechanic experience ever! I never give 5 stars. Julia’s comprehensive explanation in lamen terms was quite impressive; along w/ her exceptional customer service care. Eli (mechanic) matched w/ his skilled work on my “Lexi” ( Lexus IS250). They have a customer for the duration of my time here in CDA, IDAHO. While a family member expressed the service I rec’d was “pricey”, I say it was worth every penny. KUDOS to the entire staff at Silverlake Automotive; keep up the great work.
