I have had my car serviced wit Silverlake Automotive for the past year and I always feel welcomed and look forward to future business with. I love it that Fred is back.

I was referred to Silver Lake Tire and Auto from several of my friends and associates. I recently brought one of my cars to them for a routine oil change. They fit me right in, were friendly, professional and had me out the door and on the road in no time. They beat the price of the "quick change" place down the street and performed at a higher level. Keep up the great work.

Lots of places do the basic oil change. However,at Silverlake the BIG difference is how they treat me, a woman, in regards to taking care of my auto. They treat me with respect and explain how my car is performing. I appreciate this so much.

I would like to express how high I think the customer service is @ the Silverlake Tire & Auto. I think it is very hard now days to find a real honest company that offers such high quality service. I am happy that I have found Silverlake Tire & Auto, & as long as I live in CDA, they will be the auto company that I will take my car to for oil change, & auto concerns that I may have, after all they are the experts in this area. Again, I am so impressed with the staff, customer service & the quality of services provided. If I were to add anything, I would like to see Silverlake Tire & Auto opened up on Saturdays, alot of us work during the week, it makes it difficult to make appointments during the week.
