Even though my problem was not initially taken care of, the entire staff showed respect and gave awesome customer service. Always greeted like I was their best friend. I was referred by a friend, however when the AAA tow truck driver said he was taking my vehicle to Silverlake Automotive, I felt confident I made a good choice.

These people are fantastic. Very nice and competent in their respective departments. We will be using them from now on. Our previous mechanic left town and my daughter suggested Silverlake because of the excellent service she received with them. She started using Silverlake because of the certifications they have to work on our cars. We are really happy she found them.

We've enjoyed taking our vehicles here and have been impressed with their customer service all the way from scheduling appointments, reminders leading up to appointment day, and quality of work. They are efficient and reasonably priced!
