We have two german cars so repairs are tricky and usually expensive. Every instance that we have had repairs or maintenence has exceeded our expectations both in price and quality of work. I've worked on cars for nearly 30 years and find that this is the most straightforward and honest shop i've ever traded with.

Wanted to find a good service center and chose Silverlake tire and auto because of previous reviews I had read. They did not disappoint. They took care of my truck and did it with a smile. Just a much better feeling when you deal with these guys then with the dealership. Thanks!

In a crisis situation when money is going out of pocket, during those unexpected moments it is a comfort to know that with all the choices out there I as the consumer can feel safe that the job will be done correctly, quickly, and at a fair price. There is technical expertise, that gets your car fixed; and business expertise, that schedules, trains and equips the staff; and customer expertise, that listens, schedules, accommodates; and --- well, you can see that without the whole package, you may get your car fixed, or you may get a free cup of coffee, or you may get a free pen, but I don't need any one of those things, I need them all. I need to understand what's wrong with the car, I need prompt service, and someone conscientious of costs and time.
